Dont buy automotive batteries here, they wont warranty them. Had the battery for about a year and it started failing plus its visibly bulging out the sides. Initially since battery was rather new I started the troubleshooting process on my vehicle for the slow crank. Alternator tested good, vehicle has no parasitic draw and the amp draw is within spec. While cranking battery immediately drops below 10v. Tell tale sign of a bad battery...and so is the bulging. They said they needed to load test it for exchange and somehow on their machine it passed. Said it was "perfect". I brought up the bulging and the voltage drop, their response was "we see that when batteries freeze...". Its been over 90 degrees for 2 weeks straight. To top it off if a battery in a daily driver freezes to the point that it bulges out, that means its heavily diluted and poor quality. Ive been working on vehicles for over 25 years. Very disappointing outcome on this matter. Why even advertise a warranty on your products if you wont stand behind it? Buyer beware....

I was attempting a return on a product under circumstances which i figured wouldn’t call for a refund or return but still tried anyways, but during the process a store manager named Steve made the process unbearable wasting an hour and a half of my time literally walking away from me without a proper answer to my issue before I could actually explain the problem, then his literal only response was finally, “what do you want me to do about it” only once another employee radioed for him, even then he could only respond via the radio instead of do his job and assist customers. Other than Steve being a awful manager, the other employees are kind and helpful.

Mixed feelings about this review 🫤 Positive, there was a super friendly young man who helped me get a camp chair. We had a nice chat, and he was very proud of his store. However, the gun counter was a mess. 2 guys working, several others standing around, and a female (manager?) who popped in/out trying to help one of the guys at the register. I stood for 10 minutes with one quick acknowledgement "be with you shortly" but after another 5 minutes watching all these employees running around (and avoiding eye contact with me), I just walked away. Clean and easy store, but highly disorganized in this particular department.

Purchased a firearm here and it took more than an hour longer than when I’ve bought one from the Oconomowoc location. Same thing when I came back to pick it up. The employees working the firearms counter were more interested in talking with each other about their basement renovations than doing their jobs and helping a paying customer. A personal conversation about home renovations can wait until there’s no customers waiting on you, especially when they are the only customer at the counter. Easily took 2 hours longer than any other fleet farm I’ve purchased a firearm from.

Store was clean service was garbage. Trying to pick up from yard and product was not where marked took 30 min+ to find without exaggeration. Staff that left to "help a customer"
